The ORBIT app (“the App”) is built from the ground up to respect user privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding data collection and usage.

• No Personal Data: ORBIT does not collect, track, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII).
• No Device Permissions: The App does not request or use any sensitive device permissions (such as your camera, microphone, contacts, location, or photo library).
• No Network Traffic: The App operates entirely offline. It does not connect to any external servers, analytics engines, or database services.

2. On-Device Storage

All gameplay data—including high scores, unlocked skins, gems, daily challenge progress, and settings—is stored locally on your device via secure on-device storage. This data never leaves your device and is entirely deleted if you uninstall the App.

3. Third-Party Libraries and SDKs

ORBIT does not use any third-party analytics frameworks, advertising SDKs, or user tracking tools.

4. Children’s Privacy

Because the App collects absolutely no data from any user, it is completely compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and GDPR regulations. It is safe for players of all ages.

5. Changes to This Policy

If the App is updated in the future to include features that require network access or data handling, this policy will be updated accordingly. However, our core philosophy remains a commitment to a track-free, distraction-free gaming experience.
